The place itself is nicely designed and nice to play. But why only 3 stars. Despite the many trees, you can unfortunately hear the main road quite well at many holes. There was also noise from a construction site. The quivers are rather short. With most par 4/5 you don't have to be a long hitter to play a par / bogey without any problems.
