We played the course in October 2024. Despite the tournament being ongoing, we were allowed to start at hole 10 and play the first 9 later. Thank you very much for that.
The course is beautifully landscaped and embedded in the forest. It still plays quite well despite previous rainfall. The fairways are scenically beautiful, but offer few surprises, few fairway bunkers or water.
The cake was served in the restaurant without being able to inspect it beforehand.

The GC Upper Franconia is located between Kulmbach and Bayreuth in a dreamy and peaceful natural setting. The condition of the place was great.
