Characteristics
The golf course is situated only about 10 minutes on foot away from the spa park Erlenbach Valley. The entire terrain is slightly wavey and totally surrounded by forest. Two pools and the course of the Erlenbach as well numerous natural hazards demand an exact game.

Great spot in a quiet location

At the end of winter, I was able to play this gem of a course. The fact that it still had winter greens in place didn't bother me at all. The course had already been prepared for spring. In addition, some sections had been cleared of trees to improve playability, but probably also to allow more ventilation to the fairways.
It's a tight nine-hole course in a small valley by the Erlenbach stream. There's virtually no rough, as it's out of bounds immediately to the left and right. This demands straight shots, but you can use the adjacent fairway. On tees 4 and 5, you have to agree on who hits first.
Holes 6 and 7 have tight tee shots into a narrow corridor.
At par 64, the course presents a small challenge due to its topography.
The finale at the restaurant then provided another highlight.

As part of a short stay, I also wanted to "have played" this 9-L course. When I contacted them by phone, I was surprised that the club restaurant was closed for a long time in the summer! And there is no access to a toilet before 10am. Only after arriving did I notice that the course only has PAR 64. Still we played a round -
I always get a good result from difficult places! For guest players, the signage should be better in some places.
