Very basic 9-holes

Very basic 9-holes. More like a practise course than a proper golf course. Course condition was bad and there’s no any services available.
Nice view and if you are in town you can play it. Easy to walk. Greenfee was 45e in weekday.

The golf course is very interesting. Quality greens. However the staff were very unfriendly, the only moment I noticed any interest that we were there was when it was time to pay. When I asked the simple question “Where is the driving range, the woman at reception grunted I’m sure you can find it!!!

Today I played golf course No. 282 in my "collection". In two places I was really surprised at how well the greenkeeping can keep the course in good shape: around Reyklavik and here in Corvara. There are no tee times, play as you come. First impression: Nice but a bit confusing, we immediately made a serious mistake: we only booked 9 holes, but had the CAMERAS READY, which you should definitely consider here. Photoshoot at almost every hole, wonderful views. Tee1 immediately a blind blow, you are a little at a loss until you can see over the top. Furthermore, the first 6 holes that are built close but not really close to each other. Surprise: PERFECT course maintenance, fairways like carpets, good (mostly CLOCK GLASS) greens, which, thank God, are not so fast as an arrow that they would overwhelm the bogey golfer.
Very varied layout, each hole different. There are always considerable differences in height to be mastered, at the 5 chance of personal longest drive ever.

We were as a family four today in Corvara: the place is short, has certainly much more than the webpage announced 45 meters to offer (which are estimated to be the second green consumed) and really fun to play. The greens are moderate and slow, but we did not expect a championship course. For 9 holes as part of a trip to Corvara this was a great, all-round harmonious experience. Can you recommend in good conscience! Price / performance is right.
