Admittedly, it rained a lot, but the greenkeeper's work is subpar and the place is just a field. Partially mown, the mown was simply left lying around, deep tracks were driven and not repaired, bumpy greens, the mowing machine was simply left on the fairway, completely inadequate drainage... As a newcomer to Sank Wendel, playing on the extremely varied lanes is a highlight and real fun for me. A difficult place because you seldom stand level.
