The place was in top condition, whether the tracks are boring or not, everyone has to know for themselves, but the place has already hosted a number of top amateur tournaments (since 1890) and was already the final stage of the open qualifying course in 2006, so I would say it can the space from the layout shouldn't be sooo bad :-). Anyone who has ever played one of the really good links courses in Scotland or Ireland will be disappointed with this course. You rarely see the sea, the tracks are more than average, only the greens can convince. Layout, course maintenance, clubhouse and everything else is no longer as average and certainly not worth a detour.
