Played Castle Barna today. Very interesting and challenging course in great condition. Very friendly members and Captain. Fabulous food - great value.

We played Castle Barna in Oct last. Greens were in super condition very tricky. Fairways are tight. Not too long and relatively flat. Great food and friendly staff. Golf and maincourse cost us euro 30 p.p. We also got free tea and scones before our game.
We are comming again next year

When we arrived at noon, despite the weather, NO ONE. Not a single car in the car park. Very amazing because the course is tricky and offers some nice holes that require every golfer. The place was in a very good condition and the greens quickly. With some holes you have to look well, where you want to play through to write a good score.

We played the course in August 2014 and are thrilled. The course is in excellent condition, the orbits narrow and thus challenging, the greens are very fast and require a lot from it so.
