Solid strategy golf with a challenge on hole 3

Played on September 9,2025: The 18-hole course (par 71) with driving range is located approximately 15 km east of the center of Marbella in a residential area above the A7 motorway. The motorway can only be heard on the holes closest to it. Otherwise, the course, nestled in the mostly built-up landscape, is relatively quiet. There are a few construction sites here as well, but they are relatively manageable. The clubhouse/pro shop is functional. There is a restaurant, but we didn't use it. The ladies in the pro shop were friendly. The starter was also nice, but seemed a bit disorganized. It was unusual that a €150 deposit was required for the cart, payable by credit or debit card. Apparently, they've had bad experiences with this. A cart (they have GPS and a safe) makes perfect sense given the elevation changes. The course offers several views of the sea from the elevated tees. The fairways are generally lined with tall pines. Many are quite narrow, have banked slopes, are covered in bushes, or are steep. Players with a higher handicaps should have a few more balls in their bag. On the back nine, some real water hazards come into play. Overall, it never gets boring. A highlight is certainly the signal hole, the 3rd, from where you tee off what feels like 100 meters down. The condition of the course was generally good, although the tees were a bit worn. The greens were okay but could have been a bit faster. The standard green fee, depending on the season, is between €55 and €90 and is reasonable. With a buggy, you pay €65 to €106. During the "Sundowner" session from 2 p.m. onwards, it's a bit cheaper. Tee times can be booked online via the website, but payment must be made on site. We had a tee time at 2:10 p.m. on a Tuesday. Play was brisk, and due to several foursome flights, there were some delays from hole 3 to 18. The driving range is located a bit away from the clubhouse, off the tee of hole 13. Overall, the round here is highly recommended, even though there are certainly better and even more spectacular courses in the region.

Top 10 place in the Marbella area

You need a good day to get by here.
It's not enough to hit the greens.
But great tracks and phenomenal views complete the overall picture.
Definitely worth a visit.

Great view with a stunning signature hole!

Very well maintained fairways, tee boxes and greens.
The view - mostly sea view - was phenomenal.
Only the club house/restaurant would need a refresh/renovation.
