Fantastic Experience.

We played May 15th 2012. after a brief Hail Storm, the sun came out all afternoon and my friend Ian and I had an amazing afternoons Golf on one of the best courses we have ever played including Europe! it's a real test and a credit to the Club and the Course Designer, every tee was simply stunning.

Entertaining coastal place

Bull Bay is not a links course. The few patches of grass on the left are decoration at best. This natural coastal spot has lots of bushes (gorse, ferns, etc.). It is very hilly/wavy and has hardly any obstacles, apart from the bushes and the topography. The few randomly and relatively harmlessly placed bunkers (good sand) could have been saved.
Great fairways (like a carpet), good greens (some undulating, some flat) and a varied and interesting course offer good golf.
The route description is minimalistic but you can find the route relatively easily.
We played the course in very strong winds and were happy about every extra meter of fairway width. However, without wind, the course is not too difficult to play. medium 4* range.
19th hole is a bar with a modest snack menu.

Very nice place, a bit hilly, no real DR except 2 networks (or the DR is probably a little further away from the clubhouse). The course has wonderful foresight and was in great condition. As already mentioned, no real highlight hole and the courses cross 2-3 times, but a slightly longer journey is absolutely recommended. Restaurant closed on Monday (but the restaurant at the hotel 100m away is open and is run by the former club manager). Showers/sanitary appropriate.

Nicely situated between dunes, rocks and spacious fairways. Very friendly club management and restaurant staff.
The fairways and greens were in pristine condition despite the previous drought. The only restriction: the course has no real highlights, each hole is nice to play in itself.
