Characteristics
The course is beautifully situated at the northern slope of the Teutoburg Forest in a nature preserve. It is, with its old stock of trees and its many water hazards (there are seven wet plains), demanding. There is an exceptionally wide range of training possibilities, from a 250 m long driving range and additional 20 artificial lawn tees, to pitching- and putting greens.

Bielefeld Golf Club is a true gem – beautifully situated in the countryside, with perfectly manicured fairways and greens. The course is challenging yet fair, offering a varied game for both experienced golfers and ambitious beginners. Particularly noteworthy is the tranquil, natural atmosphere – here you can truly unwind and enjoy the sport.
What makes a visit even more special is the magnificent club restaurant. The cuisine is first-class – creative, fresh, and prepared with great attention to detail. Whether after a round of golf or simply for a cozy meal with friends: everything is just right here. The service is warm and attentive, the wine list is top-notch, and the food tastes twice as good on the sunny terrace overlooking the 10th tee.
The incredible driving range is unparalleled and cannot be found anywhere else in OWL.
A place where sporting challenge and culinary delights come together perfectly. I always enjoy coming back – highly recommended!

I come firstonce to the driving range. she is a dream Approx. 24 lighted, covered, well-lit and heated tees. The facility is brand new after the previous range burned down. The putting green and the short game training facility have also been redesigned. That makes practicing a lot of fun. But enough of the training, now I'm running out of space. Holes 1-9 are very easy to play and are also great fun for beginners. The greens and fairways are in excellent condition and everything is very well maintained. The greenkeepers seem to be doing their job very well. Now I come to forest holes 10-18. They are a bit more challenging to play and beginners should pack a few extra balls as some sieks need to be played over. But the forest tour is really fun.
The gastronomy stands out clearly from most restaurants I've seen in clubs. One is very good Mediterranean and Italian food, and the wines are excellent. I can warmly recommend the place and the gastronomy-
