it's a links stile course (not close to the beach) on rolling grounds with lots of bunkers (good sand). good fairways and very good and tough to play greens.
the course is often wide open, has some additional obstacles but is not very difficult to play, as log you keep the ball within limits straight. some blind shots come into play. nice and very friendly pro shop.
problem is, after you leave the course, you will not remember anything real special. for 88$ (walking) i expect a bit more.

Peter, First thank you so much for playing our course. We are very pleased as you have indicated that we have property that is rolling and we are working very hard to keep the course in the best condition that we can. Sadly your comment about golf being a little expensive is very true. It takes a lot of man hours to keep 90 acres of ground in excellent condition. Because of your comment I checked the golf courses in our area and those with whom we are considered in the same circle. Bandon Dunes 4 courses are $325, Sand Pines (Florence Golf Links) is $79 and Gearhart is $85. Just for the record our top rate was $84 not $88 but that will barely buy a hot dog. Just so you know we have afternoon rates that are less expensive like many courses. Thanks again for joining us we do appreciate your feedback.
