too many shortcomings for 5 stars

they call themselves a top golf resort and are top priced (70-100 $). but they don't live up the task. the golf course itself i would rate a low 5* –interesting, challenging and fun to play.
fairways and greens very good, semi-rough too high and like glue.
the layout is partly hilly and often narrow in the woods and partly rolling as a links course.

the negative: most bunkers are no real obstacle, because wrong placed. the sand was in most bunkers hard like concrete. restrooms on the course were locked. no red/white/blue flags on the greens, so no idea where the flag is placed. many long walks between greens and next tee-boxes. no water on the course. the self proclaimed top restaurant was an expensive disappointment – burgers and fish and chips.

if you aim for a fun round of golf – go for it.
everything else, don't expect much.
