Large fairways, super fast greend

Although a bit far from the main points of attraction in Dubai, the golf club and the golf course were a great positive surprise. Good pro shop, good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but the golf course is great. Lots of welcoming fairways garded by imense sand areas and some of the fastest greens one gets to play outside the Tour. Friendly staff and quality rentals from TaylorMade.

Trump International is a picture-perfect top course, the greens and fairways are impeccable, the course is challenging and the tips are relatively long. As expected, the staff is extremely friendly and competent. The changing room is also great, everything is very modern and clean. Played on 3/24/2023. Donald Trump's 18-hole course is just outside of Dubai, practically behind the Jumeirah Golf Estate just before the desert (at least). Access is currently through a fairly large and unsightly construction site. There is apparently an underground car park under the clubhouse, but at least no parking space at the moment. And so the car is taken from you at the entrance at the bag drop and parked somewhere by the employees. This is practical at first, but after the lap we had to wait almost 30 minutes until someone brought our car back to us due to the rush. Otherwise, of course, everything is big with Trump. The course is relatively easy to play if you avoid the waste areas and water hazards. The tracks are varied and it never gets boring. The challenge in our game was the speed of the greens of 11 on the simp meter. The game is very busy on a Friday afternoon, you should book a start time early. The staff were friendly, but sometimes seemed a little overwhelmed.
