Good enough for the money

Played here today for the first time. 9-hole course, relatively flat terrain. It's not well kept, the fairway looks like grass from someone's lawn... The course is basically surrounded by a small favela-looking area. If you're not used to that kind of reality in Brasil, it may feel uncomfortable. The greens were in good enough shape, though the greens are very large. Not a very challenging course.

With all that said, it's worth stopping here if you're nearby. It's probably the cheapest course to play in the SP area. 60 reais for the green fee during the week. The driving range is good enough too.

Wouldn't go out of my way to play here though, plenty of more worthwhile experiences in and around São Paulo.

Mud bath

We were there in October to play 9 holes, it had been heavy rain in the previous weeks which is completely unnatural for the region at this time of year. The course was a disaster, a literal mud bath, we were waist-deep in mud after the lap. The caddies are great and have a clue about the game and the course. The place would have great potential, but the course is not maintained, the fairway is rough and the rough is almost a jungle, too bad.
