A great course with the friendliest staff!

I have just got back from Reserva Conchal (formally garre de leon) and cannot recommend it enough.
The course is in excellent condition, the practice areas are great.
The staff, including club pro Manuel are extremely helpful.
not the cheapest course but well worth it. a 2 ball can get around in twilight though or get a three day pass to save some money
word to the wise, take your own snacks and drinks as the prices from the refreshment cart are steep

Championship course by Robert T. Jones. Excellently built in the beautiful landscape. Service, clubhouse, hotel everything was great. Although a bit out of the way, be sure to play.

Although we were not hotel guests, we were able to play on the course without any problems by e-mail. The green fee of 180 dollars per person is steep, but was absolutely worth it. The place was despite the dry season very green and in top condition. The staff is extremely friendly, the Marshall surprised us with juicy melon slices on the round. The course is challenging, in part tight Fairwais, hilly and several Wasserhinternisse. You play in beautiful surroundings, some with sea view. Many iguanas, monkeys and exotic birds line the fairways. Clubhouse and restaurant are very stylish. One of the best golfing experiences in Costa Rica!

The course is located in the hotel resorts. Very generously designed, plenty of water, tropical vegetation and animals - Warning, crocodile ponds, not to fish balls! - Iguanas and many waterfowl. Sophisticated square design.
