Price / performance is not right

The last review for this place here was 7 years ago. Time for an update: Sunday, September 24th, 2023. I've just returned from a round of 2 x 9 holes with a friend. I couldn't pay until after the round because the secretariat didn't open until 10 a.m. I had to shell out €80 even though I was playing with a member. If I play with this friend at GC Ulm, where I am a member, he pays €40 during the week and €55 at the weekend. Apparently guests are not welcome here in Neu-Ulm, because without a member you are not allowed to play and you will be ripped off on top of that. If these private club airs promised at least a place that was well maintained, I would still have some understanding for the price. But the greens were in a pitiful condition, so the round wasn't any fun. On an autumn day morning when lots of players are expected (Sunday, lovely weather), the greens need to be stripped of the dew in the morning! Failure to do this as an operator is unacceptable given the €80 green fee. Chopped tees and unkempt bunker edges complete the bad picture. Conclusion: If you want to play some nice golf, avoid this meadow.

Rip

There are many reasons not to play:

€ 80 for 2x 9 holes!

Unassuming, flat highway similar lines that you have to play 2x when 18 holes preferably

Neither decent dressing or washing facilities nor toilets

No catering

For € 75 you have 27 super interesting and challenging holes to choose from, great restaurants, toilets and washrooms in Wain. Since I like to drive on a few kilometers. There you are welcome even with a remote membership.
