Characteristics

Untouched nature, exhilarating views of mountain ranges and the Aegean Sea, 18 golf holes in a unique design and generous practice facilities , these are the striking properties of the new championship course at Kusadasi at the Aegean Sea .

The golf course with it’s total length of 6300 meters and Par 72 is not really one of the longest courses but on the basis of it’s design in the available natural landscape of the 70 acre area a real challenge for the experienced golfers. The golf course design is varied and even a bit tricky just like “Heaven and Hell”.

Two artificial lakes, 54 bunkers (partly profound pot bunker) and the play over gorges ask for exact play.

But five t-off positions per hole reconcile also the higher handicaps and especially the ladies.

The golf resort offers a large fixed covered DRIVING RANGE (about 50 t-off boxes) with Putting Green and a pitching- & chipping area. PGA Pro’s will offer single and group lessons and individual coaching. Electric golf carts will be available. The modern but functional designed club house on two levels offers beside the sanitary facilities a first class restaurant with cocktail bar and an all –round- terrace with views to mountains and the sea, a VIP Lounge, the golf reception, caddy house, locker rooms and a Pro-Shop.

First course in turkey

I played here this week 20/09/22 and was lucky enough to hook up with a member called Kevin, for the front 9, the clubhouse etc has huge potential, but I think it suffers from lack of footfall. The greens are very receptive to the ball which was great even with long irons, however it does need some TLC in bits, mostly watering as bits were a bit dusty Quite possibly the toughest layout I have played, and I have played quite a few toughies in my time, check in etc was very business like, but the chap who picked me up was really friendly and easy to chat to, thank you…
I would play again, but you do need a stroke saver as the buggies have no GPS, and if you just want to whack a ball for miles, forget it this bad boy needs to be played shot by shot or it’s lost, the back 9 is very tough and very tight, €100 for a round and clubs but sorry guys the rental clubs are very poor

Great layout, poor maintenance

Few years back I was invited to play with my Turkish colleagues this course. I been in Turkey before in Belek, so I was excited to come. Coming to this course its completely something else, different experience. In the area you see huge development and potential, but back to course. Course is located in nice area, on top of hill. Club house is like lookout tower you can see a big portion of the course from it. Big parking lot, nice and big driving rage, great clubhouse with all the treatment you need, however at the time we came it was past season, so some services were a bit limited.
Course layout is awesome as I like it, you need to be really accurate, its not much for long hitters and also its not easy to score there. If you are not on fairway you will probably lose a ball. I like better front nine than back nine, back nine is even more difficult, prepare for a quite hard walk, up and down.
I have to compare quality to other courses in Turkey and this one is a bit behind the others therefore I decrease my ranking a bit. Greens were quite fast and difficult, all here heavily undulated, but we had a lot of fun and I would recommend it to visit. I want definitely come back again to check the improvement.

Great layout

Were there at the end of February so the place was still in hibernation, of course not everything was super green yet, but you could play very well, played twice from the back tees Hcp 6.2 and that was a great and exciting challenge, often blind tees with narrow landing zones, Güns also with different levels, fairways hardly even straight very wavy, all in all a really great challenge. Will be there again at the end of May and are excited to see what it will be like when everything blooms. Very friendly staff, great clubhouse but nothing going on.
