History of Ingon Manor Farm to Golf club

My name is Neil Morrison previously of Blackhill Garage Warwick Rd Snitterfield Now Speed's Mercedes Benze.. The owner of the farm was John Follows a customer of mine. He came to me and said he was in financial difficulty could I help him. I met with him on several occasions and I suggested that golf was the in thing and that having looked over the farm made a proposal to him that would get him out of his financial situation but he would have to sell the farm if the planning application was successful. I spent 40 thousand pounds getting the permission which was granted and the Manor house would be the club house. When the permission was granted Mr Follows closed the door on me refused to answer phone calls or open his door when I went there he continued to borrow more money from his bank as his farm now was worth over one million pounds whereas previously as a farm only worth 500 k. I tried to get Mr Follows to honor are verbal agreement but it fell on deaf ears. So my lawyer slapped a charge on the property. And I sat and waited Eventually his bank had had enough of Mr Follows and foreclosed on him. They sold the farm with the planning permission to recover Mr Follows dept which was now in the region of 750 k. And it was sold at Auction however the purchasers would not complete as my charge came to light. It finally went to high court in London where the bank paid me some 80k not a big profit for me but at least I got my money back from a dishonest Mr Fellows. I pleased that my idea has turned into a great golf club and the members now have some true history of Ingon Manor farm to its present as a Golf Club.
Best wishes to all Neil Morrison
