The last person to write a note about this course was on 09/20/2020 in the middle of the pandemic: This place should be closed, it's a shame to be called a golf course at all.
All golf clubs were hit hard by the pandemic and had to struggle with financial problems, some of them massive.
The fact is, there are more and more golf clubs struggling with financial and structural problems - not only in Florida. Some are tackling the problems, others are reducing maintenance in favor of further declining sales figures and then arguing that something else should be done with this site.
The homeowners suffer, and the value of the property usually falls.
The course has not yet been set here, the residents want a golf course, the owner wants to build over at least part of the site.
The way we interpret the reports everyone is to blame, residents, members and county just not the owner of the site...
