We became aware of this course through the Albrecht golf guide and were very impressed. Starting with the friendly staff to the very good kitchen in the restaurant. But and that is probably the most important thing, the place was very attractive and appealing to us. Very nice and well-kept fairways in very good condition. The first 9 holes are beautifully integrated into the landscape and also very demanding due to the course. We had a very nice day of golf in Dillenburg and would like to recommend the place to others.

I was able to play this beautiful course as a single player today.
Unfortunately, I don't have an e-trolley and I haven't got my shape back after the Corona break. The result was that I felt like I had to pause and gasp for breath after every second stroke.
The first nine require a lot of tactical play, which I personally find great. For the second nine, lengths rather than accuracy were required.
Overall in excellent condition, very fast and true-to-green greens - unfortunately, very few players seem to have pitch forks here too, so that fresh traces were clearly visible.
The fairway is very fluffy and I felt like I was playing out of the semi-rough in many parts of the pre-green, I could not find excessive water, but there were a lot of trees. But these are not at strategic points, apart from a train.
But I found it really annoying that the club apparently ran out of "Next-Tea" signs in the second nine. Here I had to search for the next train several times and went a few detours.
Nice reception, Albrecht accepted without problems. If I have found my condition again or bought an e-trolley, I will be happy to come back!

Today we were allowed to play this very varied place with players of our seniors department.
After the long-lasting drought of the last few weeks, we had not expected such rich green and well maintained fairways. The statement of a very friendly marshal regarding the use of "recycled water" was the conclusive explanation.
The tracks are very versatile. Long hitters have advantages on the partially long par 4 holes. Cart or electric trolley are recommended because of the hilly terrain.
Fast, faithful greens demand a sensitive putting and accurate reading of the lines.
All in all, a worthwhile visit, which includes the friendliness in the office and catering.

The place was already in early April in a good condition. The holes are varied, sometimes narrow, sometimes wide. It goes uphill and downhill, you should already have a little fitness. Those who have trouble walking, I recommend a cart here.
What really bothered me was the noise of the Middle A45 motorway whose noise level permanently accompanied one of the first six holes.
The restaurant has a standard Italian with pizza and pasta. My pizza was okay, but nothing more.

We were a group of seniors who have played this course in July 2016th We were warmly welcomed and played the course in excellent condition.
