Characteristics
This 18-hole golf course was set up on a highly diversified terrain. More than half of the holes provide an excellent view of Würzburg and the Fortress Marienberg. Other holes run through pristine nature and a population of old trees. Three ponds add further to the optical and athletic attractiveness. The clubhouse houses a conservatory and an Mediterranian restaurant.

As part of a City Twinning Delegation we were recently entertained generously by our Franconian counterparts. The highlight of the trip had to be our day & evening at The Wurzburg Golf Club. The course presentation was first class and the clubhouse atmosphere and catering quality were similarly of very high quality. This place is a must for any keen & discerning golfer and is well worth a visit.

We were here on a recommendation and was goldrichig. Interesting varied paths (some blind holes which made it easier when you have the place ever played) in wonderful surroundings, difficult but not unfair perfect course maintenance and very friendly reception in the clubhouse (although the opens only at 9 clock). Very good restaurant in the clubhouse, more is hardly. But: In the round also met a very nice member. 'll Be back!
