Characteristics
The GC Salinas de Antigua is situated only 8 km from the international airport Fuerteventuras. It was skilfully integrated into the dune landscape of the coast by the double world champion Manuel Piñeiro. He clearly had the intention to defy the wind conditions of the island. The 18-hole par 70 course has partly desert-like zones, 4 lakes and the flora matches the arid surrounding area. The course demands technique and strategy!

netter Platz, allerdings sehr kurz December 10, 2011
Platz ist nett zu spielen, die Bahnen sind aber sehr kurz. Daher ein gutes Ergebnis möglich. Herren Gelb hat um die 5200 Meter, einige Wasserhindernisse und der Platz ist flach. Zustand des Platzes ist in Ordnung, Personal ist nett und im Clubhaus hat man einen Blick über den gesamten Platz.

We are newcomers, playing since 4 month on different golf courses in Belgium, Germany and above all Mallorca and the Canary islands Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
Three days ago,we played in Fuerteventura Golf and were very satisfied with the friendly people at the reception and with the golf course.
The next day we wanted to play at Golf Club Salinas de Antigua and went to the reception to have some information and to make a T time.
Waauw !!! We entered the Pro shop/Reception. The lady was looking at Internet. Didn't even look at us when we were in front of her; did not say Hello. Nothing.
When I asked if I could have some information, she finally looked at us and answered with a very arrogant "Yes".
Stop, Schluss, Fini, Basta. We will spent our money on the Canaries in Costa Teguise, Tias and Fuerte Golf but surely NOT in Las Salinas.
