Characteristics
The course, built in 1988 by Donald Steel, has definitely a lefthand- character. The generous course impresses with its very beautiful design and magnificent sea view. Small greens and hilly fairways make the game of golf varied, but not too difficult.

Schöne Anlage February 27, 2012
schön angelegt, Löcher in Meernähe sehr windanfällig, daher schwer zu spielen, Spaziergeher - Beobachter / Spazierwege am und nahe dem Golfplatz irritieren
One of the many January 28, 2012
We played this course on 17 Jan 2012. A dry, sunny day, ca 20°. Amarilla is one of the many courses that are available in the area. The fairways are not always well maintained. The greens may be treacherous. The views are interesting if you like the water. Fifty percent of our flight (the ladies, but this is just a coincidence) didn't make it over the water hazard at hole 5, though that hole is under 100 meter long.

Ein Golfplatz, der alles abverlangt. Bei starkem Wind ist dieser Platz eine echte Herausvorderung. Loch 5 ist wirklich nicht zu unterschätzen. Nur 100 mtr, Par3, aber bei Gegenwind darf´s gerne mindestens ein Eisen länger sein, sonst schluckt die Schlucht die weiße Kugel. Grüns waren zum Teil stark onduliert, und oder hatten 2 bis 3 Plateaus. Die tollen Aussichten versüßen aber so machen Fehlschlag auf der Runde.
Clubhaus (Rezeption und Gastro) sind tadellos und sehr freundlich.
Wer auf Teneriffa golfen möchte sollte hier unbedingt spielen!
