Characteristics
The challenging 18-hole course is an 'all-year-round' course, which provides superb views across the River Alde to Iken Church on the southern bank and, across from it, a line of pine trees silhouetted against the water, known locally as ‘Little Japan’. It is breathtaking at any time of day, but particularly so as the sun begins to set in the wide skies of East Anglia behind the church. In the other direction, coastal shipping can be spied from the higher spots on the first nine.

Riverside course

We only played the 9 hole riverside course, due to having a novice player with us. Nice course, old trees and outlook over the Alde River and a lake.
Will next time play there 18 hole championship course, which looked fantastic
