Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio a Is Arenas. Il piccolo e romantico hotel boutique non lascia nulla a desiderare, è estremamente pulito e il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile.
Il cibo era eccellente ed era fresco, locale e stagionale. Un grande complimento allo chef Il campo da golf ben curato è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Non credo che ci sia un campo da golf così tranquillo e ben tenuto. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato i nostri giri in mezzo alle pinete. Un grande complimento per i servizi igienici estremamente puliti e puliti.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Is Arenas è un piccolo paradiso immerso nella splendida natura selvaggia. Una delizia per gli occhi.
La spiaggia era a circa 15 minuti a piedi e sei stato premiato! Selvaggio e solitario ha invitato a lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia. Il campo da golf è bellissimo e ben tenuto. Anche i bagni sono molto puliti, cosa rara su un campo da golf. Il personale della segreteria del golf è molto cordiale, i giardinieri molto accomodanti. Non abbiamo mai provato una tale calma su un campo da golf. Nessun giocatore davanti, nessun giocatore dietro, solo una natura molto curata!
Purtroppo la camera non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il prezzo era più simile a 5 *, la qualità era molto al di sotto. Piccolo, molto male insonorizzato, letti pessimi e mancano accappatoi e "pantofole". Anche la colazione era molto semplice. Se non volevi accontentarti di fragole acide, ananas (!) e kiwi, dovevi prendere il portafoglio. Una mela: 2 euro! Anche le uova ecc. Dovevano essere pagate in più. Solo il servizio è stato ottimo.
Poi c'era il problema della cena... Si mangiava alla Foresteria a 60 euro a persona. Questo è stato utile perché Is Arenas è piuttosto distante dal ristorante più vicino e molti erano chiusi.
Il nostro chef era nuovo e ci ha preparato un semplice pasto italiano per 3 giorni. Dal 4° giorno è diventato immangiabile e dopo la 5° cena è stato dimesso. Da quel momento in poi siamo dovuti risalire in macchina e mangiare fuori su consiglio del personale. Auguriamo buona fortuna al proprietario nella ricerca di un nuovo chef.
Proprio accanto alla Foresteria, un albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione e dovrebbe aprire già questo mese.
Naturalmente ci chiediamo se questo "resort privato" sia ancora così riservato e tranquillo.
Nonostante una stanza molto semplice e un cibo semplice, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza all'insegna del golf molto piacevole. La cordialità e la disponibilità del personale e la natura meravigliosa hanno compensato i lati "negativi" del nostro soggiorno.

Un posto fantastico, curato, molto tranquillo. Il posto era in ottime condizioni.
L'hotel è piccolo e quindi molto personale, arredato con molto gusto e confortevole. La cena è altamente raccomandata.

How do I book my trip online?
After you have received an offer, which you like, please click on the orange button "Book now". Then fill out the short questionnaire (regarding information about travellers and tee times) and send the form. After receiving your booking, we will verify the availability of the hotel. Once your stay is confirmed by the hotel (usually within one working day), you will receive our confirmation email together with an invoice for the amount due. The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by standard bank transfer. In case the hotel is not available for the requested booking period, your booking will be cancelled without any charge, and you will be informed immediately.
How can I pay for my trip?
The invoice can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer. In the our email with your invoice you will find the link to the online payment system as well as the invoice in PDF format with our bank details.
By when do I have to pay for my trip and how much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20 percent and is due immediately. The balance is due four weeks prior departure.
How can I redeem my discount code?
You can enter the discount code from the Albrecht Golf Guide in the booking form. Alternatively, please send us your discount code by email to travel@albrecht.de, after the booking has been confirmed.
Can I cancel or rebook my trip?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Up to 35 days before departure of your trip cancellation is free of charge for you, unless there are other cancellation conditions listed on your offer and invoice. We have a few hotels that do not offer free cancellation when using an early bird discount. However, more over 90 percent of our partner hotels allow free cancellation up to 35 days before arrival. After that, staggered cancellation fees apply.
