Description

This villa is located in a quiet corner of Vale do Lobo, and overlooks the nature reserve at the back. It features a new outside area with a private heated pool with integrated kid section and has has been stylishly refurbished in 2020. It has three double bedrooms and a large and comfortable open plan living-dining area - perfect for a large family sharing.
Guests of this villa can take advantage of exclusive golf discount and a free complete baby package. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Villa is located in the heart of Vale do Lobo resort, in a quiet setting, and has a lovely little playground a couple of minutes away from the doorstep. The large patio at the back of the villa is perfect for Al-Fresco dining with a dining table and sunloungers for relaxing. The patio backs straight into the nature reserve and is therefore not overlooked from a road or walking path, offering privacy. The private pool can be heated on request** and furthermore offers a kids section for your little ones. Additional terraces and a large roof terrace offer even more outdoor space and can be used for sunbathing in privacy. A 15-20 minute walk takes you to the Vale do Lobo beach, its beach front restaurants and the ocean. The Vale do Lobo tennis center (Portugal's largest tennis center) is a few minutes away, and exhibits a swimming pool, a bar and restaurant and of course lots of courts that can booked.  The staffed reception at Vale do Lobo main clubhouse offers concierge services to help you with information, and here you also find a gym, spa, shops and restaurant. Europe's finest golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes drive away, as are a host of additional activities such as horse riding, watersports, go karting, cinema, shopping, bars, restaurants and water parks to name a few. See more details in the location description. THE VILLA In the inside, the villa offers an open plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, DVD, bluetooth speaker soundbar and free WiFi internet access. Sliding doors provide access to the private patio and pool. The ground floor double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jenson, a wardrobe and its own adjacent bathroom. The first floor master double bedroom features a super kingsize bed of the luxury brand Jenson and two large wardrobes. It shares the large family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two single beds and its own terrace. BABY PACKAGE We offer a baby package, consisting of the following items, on request: - Highchair - Travel cot - Stair gate - Baby bath For babies under two we additionally can supply a blender to prepare babyfoods, and a microwave steriliser. Both packages are supplied by us free of charge! The local Kidsclub offers entertainment in groups or babysitting until late during the school holidays (extra cost applies on booking).
PLEASE NOTE

We accept families and couples, and groups of singles with average age above 35 yrs. We have a capacity limit of 6 adults plus 1 child up to 12 yrs and one baby in the cot.

* The property is air conditioned throughout. The use of the units is available to guests who require these extra facilities, but carries an extra cost of 150 Euros per week during the summer months of June, July, August and September. ** Pool heating is optional and is charged extra at 190 Euros per week.
LONGTERM WINTER
For our longterm stays during winter electricity and cleaning is not included. For electricity a meter reading is taken on arrival and before departure and the used electricity is charged at national rate and payable in cash before leaving. As a consequence there are not extra charges for running the pool heating if this is desired by the guest.Cleaning can be done by the guest or if required we can arrange for interval cleanings that are chargeable.
