Excellent Golfcourse junio 25, 2011
Golfing at Bellosguardo has been a very pleasant experience. It started with a very friendly reception. The 9 hole course on two hillsides offered a beautifull panoramic view. On a number of holes there were different tees for the two rounds, changing them from par 4 to par 5 or the other way around. The course was challenging, due to the long distances and the hilly terrain. Despite the dry weather, the fairways were nicely green, The course is well maintained and has beautiful greens.
After our round we had an excellent lunch on the terrace of the clubhouse on top of the hill overlooking the entire golfcourse.
We returned after two days to play again and to enjoy the restaurant.

Der 9-Loch-Platz ist lang und anspruchsvoll. So gut wie nie liegt der Ball eben. Das Golfen hier ist ein absolutes Erlebnis, da der Platz zu beiden Seiten eines schönen, toskanischen Tals harmonisch eingepflegt wurde. Der eigene Weiss- und Rotwein (Tee bzw Rough) der Fattoria runden das Golferlebnis ab. Nicht unanstrengend, aber ausserordentlich lohnenswert!

Ein langer 9-Loch Platz, auf dem man von jeder Stelle alle Löcher überblicken kann. Er bietet dadurch ein tolles Panorama. Schöne gut gepflegte lange Löcher - für jedes Handicap eine Herausforderung. Man merkt das der Platz in Privatbesitz ist. Es herrscht eine sehr freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Tolles Essen nach der Runde. Uns hat der Platz sehr gut gefallen (obwohl wir ansonsten nur ungern 9-Loch Plätze spielen) - wir sind sogar 2 Tage später noch einmal spielen gegangen. Da der Platz noch recht neu ist, war auch angenehm leer (August 2010). Eine absolute Empfehlung...
