The main house has a living area of 250m2, has 3 bedrooms, two with 4 single beds and one with double bed. One living room, three bathrooms, a kitchen full equippded (Stove,freezer,microwave, oven, etc). Internal facilities: air-conditioning, tv and cabe tv, towels provided. External facilities: balcony, barbecue, car parking,garage,private beach front, swimming pool, terrace. The house has also a studio with a double bed and a small living room, a bath room and kitchnet. Global capacity:8 persons. Sport facilities nearby:diving, fishing, Golf,Sailing,swimming,tennis, etc). The house is located in a small town called Santa Cruz, near Funchal the capital(about 3 km). It is located in the most exclusive zone of the town, with a unique access to the sea. The amusement theme, water park for adults and children , is not far from there.
