Las Bardas is a wonderful example of the Ibicencan architecture. It has been beautifully reformed keeping the original character, and is tastefully furnished in an elegant country house style. It is quietly situated on a hill in the middle of the exclusive golf course, about 8 km. from Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town. The property is fenced in with a large gate, which gives access to ample parking space. The house is surrounded by terraces and a luscious garden, with flowering trees, mature palm trees and many plants. In front of the house are two spacious terraces of which one has a large dining table for outside dinners and a sitting corner. The other terrace has a barbecue. Next to these terraces is the swimming pool (6 x 12 meter), with a sun terrace, furnished with comfortable sun beds and parasols. The house consists of a dining room with doors opening onto the terrace in front, a fully fitted kitchen with a large gas hob, large electric oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the covered terrace in front of the house. Next to the kitchen is a storage room and the washing machine is in a separate laundry room. At the other side of the dining are various sitting areas. There is a small living with comfortable sofa bed and a guest bathroom with shower. Next to this room are the library and two living rooms beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and French windows opening onto the terraces. There is satellite TV and HI-FI. There is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and en suit bathroom with bathtub. At the back side of the house are two double bedrooms. These rooms have a separate outside entrance and each have a bathroom with bathtub, and French windows opening onto the terraces. Also connected to the house and with its own separate entrance is a separate guesthouse with a living, which has a sofa bed, small kitchen and on the upper floor is the double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
