This spacious holiday home is located in Nueva Andalucia at a 10 minute drive from Marbella, with it’s lovely sandy beaches and lively centre. Surrounded by several golf courses, this duplex penthouse is the ideal base for golf lovers. The well-equipped penthouse is situated in “La Quinta Village”. Look out over the sea, valley and nearby golf courses from the several private terraces. Enjoy the sun, or relax in the shadow under the sun screen or one of the parasols. After you’ve enjoyed the sun, you can take a refreshing dip in the communal pool within walking distance of the holiday home. There is also a paddling pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers at your disposal. You won’t lack any comfort as this holiday home is fitted with all modern conveniences. The floors are made of marble, and the bed rooms have built-in closets. The fully equipped kitchen offers various possibilities, but if you don’t feel like cooking you can taste the local specialties in one of the nearby restaurants. You can also use the Spa- and wellness centre (sauna, Turkish steambath) in the Melia La Quinta hotel (against payment). The environment is ideal for aquatic sports- and beach lovers. Marbella with it’s lively centre and various restaurants and bars is definitely worth a visit, just like the harbour city Puerto Banus (8 minute drive) and Picasso’s birth city Málaga (45 minutes by car).
