Information

South Tyrol - the sunny side of the Alps

South Tyrol is Italy’s most northerly province, home to the dramatic Dolomite mountains. The region has a varied landscape from alpine meadows and mountains, to vineyards, Mediterranean palm trees and Cyprus trees. It boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year, making it an all year round destination. Shaded and protected from the cold northerly winds by the main mountains of the Alps, the climate is exceptionally warm in comparison to other central European regions.

South Tyrol is a land of height differences which can vary from 300 to nearly 4,000 metres above sea level. 88% of South Tyrol is 1,000 metres above sea level.

South Tyrol is home to Dolomiti Superski – the world’s largest ski network - with 1,220 km of slopes and 460 ski lifts, and the “Sella Ronda” – a 26km tour around the peaks of the Dolomites.

South Tyrol's six golf courses have fascinating characteristics ranging from the alpine to the mediterranean. If you are looking for a holistic golf experience, you've come to the right place. Relax and feel the magic before, during and after the game.
