Characteristics
The new 18-hole-course is situated in untouched landscape, 30 minutes away from the airport of Lissabon. The course is rich of trees, especially the old cork oaks are typical. Designed by the British architect Donald Stell, the course offers on a slightly ondulised terrain carefully integrated bunkers and greens. Noteable are hole 3 with a drive over one of the 2 lakes of the course and hole 11 with its view over the large lake of the resort.

Hard to find September 26, 2011
The Golf course is really hard to find because it is in the middle of nowhere even if it is close to Lisbon. As we arrived nearly 10 minutes after our teetime we found a very helpful an friendly staff.
As there was nobody on the course we enjoyed a relaxed round of golf. It is not really challenging but for the price it is okay and if you are in the area and you want to play a round of golf without many people around come and Monday and just relax. Additional we received also free water before and during the round because the restaurant is closed on Monday.
