No service and mismanaged

Tried to play Saadiyat today - my booked tee time had been lost by the course staff - was then re-found at different time but no carts on the course available - offensive, helpless and rude staff. I cannot assess course but not worth the visit given the atmosphere.

The 18-hole course on Saadiyat Island directly near Abu Dhabi primarily captivates with huge bunkers or wasteareas, where sooner or later you will inevitably find yourself inside. The bird world is also very diverse and present everywhere. Some construction sites along the fairways are also present. It will stay that way for a while, but it didn't bother us so much. There is a driving range with free balls, a large practice area and also the modern club house and restaurant (food and service in order) offers everything golfers need in a sophisticated atmosphere. The staff is absolutely friendly and courteous. The bags will be taken from you on arrival and then provided with the cart at the driving range. A cart is mandatory and also recommended, as some distances between the tees are a little longer. One day you drive past the beach of the Hotel St. Regis, so to speak. The cart has GPS (no markers on the tees), but like all Troon courses in Abu Dhabi, plastic water bottles are no longer given for environmental reasons.
