Surrounded by mountains, lakes and national park, Ross golf club is situated in the south west, in the town of Killarney. Interesting course with great variation. Did not expect long par 5's on a nine hole course. Good mixture of short and long holes and ended up using all the clubs in the bag. In very good condition when I played it in June 2014.

Neat 9-hole course, half inside or outside of a horse field, which was open at the beginning of July. The grass also fairways and semiroughs was a little long, the greens fertilized with some so green, stinking stuff, which has somewhat deadened the fun. Otherwise quite acceptable with some water hazards and strategically good bunkers. For 15 euros a good option.
