Basically OK, but overrated

After a lot of positive word of mouth we played the PHA Ocean's 4 today. The ProShop is well stocked and the check-in staff is friendly. The carts are new and equipped with GPS. Posting rate was moderate, no pressure from behind, plenty of space forward. The square differs in landscape from the other squares in the east of the Democratic Republic; Hardly any palm trees, lots of tall grass and bushes line the fairways, 3 holes are right by the sea. Unfortunately, the fairways are not a velvety carpet, but rather an aging, short-cut, rock-hard meadow with defects. The greens are well maintained and relatively fast.
Conclusion: The place could not meet our expectations.
