Stunning course

Having played Princes Grant a few times, I know the course pretty well.
Playing from different tee's, a little wind and the course is like somewhere you have never played before.
Electric golf cart is recommended as the walk is a long and hilly walk.
Stay on the fairway.
The 6th is a short par 5, but surrounded with bunkers at the back and water at the front with the green sloping towards the water.
The 15th is a stunning hole.
Hope the wind is mild as a strong wind could cost you a lot of shots.
One of my favourite courses in SA and the best view from the 19th.
A must play!

Tricky mountain and valley golf

Until about July 2020, only 9 holes are open on this course (1-9). Since the holes are mostly not easy to play, it does not hurt to play the same holes twice. Definitely take a cart, because it goes up and down constantly and sometimes long distances have to be covered between the holes. You should also have enough balls in your bag, as the course with numerous water hazards and inclined positions 'swallows' many balls. The signage of the individual holes is practically non-existent, there is no information about the length, the specification, etc. Also in the cart there is no GPS, so you either have to have good eyesight or your own measuring device.

Definitely not for beginners.

Very nice place played on 24.1.2018 (Hdcp 12 + 13)

A place with beautifully landscaped but sometimes difficult tracks.

We played the Mensday tournament on Wednesdays and therefore paid only 38 € for 2 people incl. Cart.

The course 15 (par 5 downhill in the Indian Ocean) was one of the most beautiful tracks we have ever played in 30 years Would play the course again at any time.
Clubhouse outside and inside in Old-English style - a bit outdated but nice.
At the friendliness in the Pro Shop you can still work
