End of March 2013 were for 3 days in Penha Longa Resort. Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. However, we had to eat breakfast in the Italian restaurant as the other restaurants were fully booked on the first night. The buffet consisted of a small appetizer plate, a fish and a meat dish and dessert! Price 39 euro and the coffee afterwards had to pay extra, although the Nespresso machine was next to it. The Atlantico golf course was in a pitiful state, I can only agree with the Vorkritik. It was irresponsible in this space not to block the course. plus the outrageous price of 50 € for a buggy as trolleys were not to use because of the morass. We played this course for 2 Times after heavy rains. Accordingly, the soil was difficult. Nevertheless, this place was perfectly maintained, the bunkers were in good condition, the greens as well.
