Characteristics
The course is situated in an extensive hilly landscpe, which worked as a grand estated of the Habsburg family in the 19th century. The 18-hole-course, situated on Austrian estate, has first-class greens and fairways and is considered one of the nicest golf courses in Hungary.

Grüns wie auf der PGA October 31, 2011
Der Platz ist auch Ende Oktober noch in einem top Zustand. Die Grüns sind extrem anspruchvoll - schnell, schräg, kupiert. Die lange Saison ist dem Platz nicht anzumerken.
Das Klubhaus ist nur von aussen sehenswert. Innen erlebt man eine Enttäuschung. Die Küche ist allerding sehr gut. Ein wirklich empfehlenswerte Platz der nur etwas zu teuer ist.
Best Greens in Hungary and CEE May 10, 2011
well the Greens just amazing quality up to 14,2 speed meter-just enjoyable...
The Fairways just good as well and perfect maintainend.
The Rough fair enough cutted to keep you in the Game, other courses call their Course a Link Course and you lose a hell of Balls if you are a Mid oder high HCP.
Restaurant very good but a little high priced, fresh Pizza on Sat/Sunday.
Wardrobe is place for improvement- but i guess we come here to Golf and not for Wellness-)
Europäische Spitzenklasse March 19, 2011
Ein weiter, offener Platz, der aber durch geschickt plazierte Bunker und Wasser einiges an Course Management und auch Länge erfordert. Die Grüns sind fast durchweg erhöht, schnell und kräftig moduliert sowie durch Bunker verteidigt: Nicht leicht anzuspielen und nicht leicht zu putten.
Die Gesamtanlage wirkt ausserordentlich gepflegt, dass denkmalgeschützte Clubhaus ist ansehnlich und attraktiv. Leider fallen Umkleiden und Sanitärräume sowie caddierrooms gegenüber der restlichen Anlage deutlich zurück. Die Clubhausterasse ist herrlich, das Innere hat den Charme einer norditalienischen Bahnhofshalle. Die Gastronomie ist gut aber - nach örtlichen Standards - ziemlich teuer.
Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Platz.
