The Ancient Narin Links Course was well maintained during our visit! The links design in the in and out course is top class!
After Dornoch, Castle Stuart is my number 3 in the Highlands!

Fairways were in bad shape. Had apparently suffered severely in 2018. Much ground under repair.
Gorgeous greens and from all holes overlooking the sea.

The place really has it all, what makes a good links course. The entire facility was in an excellent state of maintenance and looks out onto the Moray Firth were just spectacular. This justifies but in no way a fee of 110 pounds per person. For a tenner more you already plays in Royal Dornoch and thus in a different league. This pricing policy is actually to be regretted, as Nairn excellent links golf has to offer and certainly would be worth more than one round.
