The course is situated only about an hour's drive away from Hamburg in a softly hilly Holstein landscape. Beautiful, slightly hilly parkland course

The golf course has been harmoniously integrated into the slightly hilly terrain. There are a lot of doglegs waiting, which don't always require a very long drive, but rather force you to take strategic shots.
There are a lot of old, mature trees on the edge of the tracks. Water hazards/ponds also come into play from time to time. The first 9 are mostly flat, but on the second 9 it becomes significantly hillier. Very attractive lane layouts and very varied to play.
You can end the round beautifully and safely on the terrace of the clubhouse/restaurant.
We were there for the second time and will definitely come to Aukrug more times for a relaxed round of golf in absolute peace and quiet.

Great parkland course

The reception in the secretariat is friendly and with Golfamore the round is a bargain. The tracks are easy to walk, but sometimes hilly. Very varied design with doglegs and sometimes narrow landing zones. In SH this place is in my personal top 5.
The gastronomy is very good with a varied menu, very friendly service and fair prices. Conclusion: if you are on vacation in SH, you should have played here.

Probably one of the most beautiful golf courses in Schleswig Holstein. With challenging holes that require precise course management. Unfortunately, parts of the greens and tees are currently affected (due to the drought?). But overall a really recommendable golf course.
