Nice!

One of the best courses I've played.
Not much to ad actually. Great condition, lovely greens. Will go back one day!

The Fabulous Leopard Creek CC

An immaculate 18 hole golf course with incredible manicured fairways and greens, filled with challenge and feature.
You will enjoy stunning views across Crocodile river, looking out over the Krueger National Park at points throughout your round.
A pure golfers paradise, with an exceptional experience in the equally fabulous 'Boma' style clubhouse there after.
In short, a box every golfer should tick.

Here the opinions differ

When I read the different ratings of the players who played here before me, I can understand the extremes. Yes, Leopard Creek is a great place on the edge of the Kruger National Park. But you get very little of this. On a green you can look into the crocodile river and maybe see hippos or see animals passing by on the other side. Yes, the course is in excellent condition, but it is by no means really spectacular. The spectacular is artificially created. Yes, the clubhouse is great, the service is excellent too, but the snobbery that is lived in it is borderline. Only in exceptional cases was I allowed to play in this private club on a Saturday. I also paid € 270 (okay, including cart and halfway), for which I could play three times in other really spectacular places in South Africa.

Beautiful place

It was a great place but for the price no sanded greens should have.
Beautiful clubhouse, few guests.
Nevertheless, we had to wait a lot for the round.
We will come back anyway.

Superplatz incl. Adventure

Played in February 2017

The absolute highlight when it comes to golf courses.

Place of Service (golf bags will be picked up with Cart of the car and "processed" direct), about the state up to the clubhouse out just great.

The holes are very varied. Especially hole 9 & 18 are to be mentioned here. Here from an elevated position against the Clubhouse (WOOOW) is played. Outlook & difficulty with this hole are perfectly combined.

Overrated Total

What we were looking forward to this day, the second day of a nearly four-week trip through South Africa. The whole has for my wife, my two children and advance first cost me 880 euros Green fee, which we have already paid months ago. 4 we then borrowed 4x racket on site which were ok but not very clean. There were no presents, no divot - Nothing. So again in the ProShop. Shortly before departure, I would then be pointed out that one can only play with white socks here. For the third time purely in the ProShop, taking and making a total paid for everything again around 4000 Rand (280 Euro) cash. People were reasonably friendly with tea 1 was explained to us what to consider. We had 4 hours incl. Halfway.

The place was in a good condition, the greens quite slow for a place of this quality. Animals could be seen only on a hole, on television you always feel as wild animals would all gonna wind.

All in all a beautiful day, but was clouded by the price and various little things somewhat.

Pure snobbery in Bushland?

Course in a top state, which admits a thought, because the population suffers from water shortage... But what you do not do anything for an international tournament (Dunhill) ...

Outstanding

I can not agree with my predecessor. We were welcomed very friendly in this private space. After a tour of the clubhouse we were playing these top site in October 2015th One of the most beautiful and spectacular places I've ever played. We stayed in the Safari Lodge and had Lukimbi so the opportunity to play here..

Top with a few limitations

A really nice course. Top maintained by AZ. Exciting, challenging holes. There are leaderboards, there appears this place as the most beautiful in South Africa. I would not sign. You feel like a guest not really welcome. And you can see even over the fact that I had to buy my from head to toe all-black outfit of white socks in the Pro Shop and tighten as required by the dress code so that investment is this place, though not cheap, certainly worth. Matching colors outfit, incidentally allowed, but only for women ;-)

Fancy

We played 2 x Leopard Creek. On the first day we were not able to really focus on our golf game, since we no longer came out for a surprise. The course is on the care, the layout and the service the best I have ever experienced in 20 years golf, and believe me, I've played top 10 places in the United States. Leopard Creek is very special and even to compare with elevated standards with nothing. We were greeted in the parking lot in front of the clubhouse of 2 staff welcome with fresh orange juice. While the staff took care of our bags and cart, we were greeted by the club manager - this took us on a tour of the entire clubhouse and told us the "history" of the development of Leopard Creek. Arrived on 1 Tea, waiting for our ready-stocked with drinks cart on us. As space is a private space, we were almost alone on the course and we had plenty of time to make the first day hundreds of photos. On 2 Day we played golf :-) From the Leopard Creek, one always sees on the Crokodile River, where we saw buffalo and elephants on the water. The place is right on the border of the Kruger National Park and Safari whereby you have and play golf in one. I could write a whole novel about these two days of golf, because these were just indescribably beautiful, beieindruckend and memorable! We come back, and then we will play the course not only 2 x but the whole week! We are extremely grateful for this wonderful experience.
