Beautifully maintained and sporty challenging course that you like to play twice (9 holes - with a few alternate tees). Also easy to play on warm summer days, as there are many shady trees.
Secretariat staffed with very friendly and courteous lady.
Unfortunately the restaurant is closed at 8 p.m. and the pro shop with great offers is closed at 5:30 p.m.
A lot of parking spaces in the shade, but had dog on the lap.
Would love to come back - "Golf with friends"!

Great scenery but the place is not worth it! Also, the streets and the car noise are very disturbing.

It does not happen very often that even after years the reviews here fully apply. After all, the first evaluation of GC Werdenfels is five years ago. But the level of that time is just as high today!
Actually, I could now listen and say: read the other reviews, then you know. The peculiarities have remained (tee 8/17 on the access road, tee 5,6 and 15 and 16 after crossing the road GAP-Farchant, the wavy fairways, tee 2 almost from the terrace of an adjacent house) However, this has its own charm as well as the narrow fairways. Hooks and slices are punished mercilessly, precision is what counts.
Again, the greenkeepers were working, but very considerate, we know that from other places also different. Despite the extreme heat and drought of 2018, the course was in top condition, thanks to the adjacent Loisach. Pumps take the water directly from the river, but also very discreet, environmentalists can be reassured.

We played the course on a Friday with generous sunshine and springlike temperatures. The view of the currently still-snowy mountains Wetterstein (Alpspitze, Zugspitze) is simply sensational.
