Characteristics
Designed by Alan Rijks, the golf course is situated at the coast of Chiclana on an area of 80 ha. Beautifully integrated into the nature you can here enjoy golf and the typical Andalusian environment. The course is of medium difficulty and includes various obstacles, three lakes, two streams, hills, bunkers, rough and protected natural areas. Each hole has three teemarkers, while the greens are elevated, forming a course which is not only demanding and complex, but also most enyoyable to play.

umbau und schlechtes design May 22, 2012
die ersten neun löcher sind komplett gesperrt! Dafür wird für 9Loch ein Car für nur 30,-euro angeboten. Freundlichkeit und Essen sehr gut, aber wir Bewerten doch hier Golfplätze!!! Dieser Platz ist der schwächste und schlechteste in Novo Sancti Petri (hat übrigens mit dem Umbau nichts zu tun)!!! Langweiliges Layout und sehr schlechte Platzpflege! Für mich persönlich (über 80 Plätze in Spanien bereits gespielt) ist er der dritt schwächste meiner persönlichen Wertung! Bitte Servicepersonal und Küche nicht mit dem Golfplatz verwechseln....!
leidet unter wassermangel January 2, 2012
Der Platz ist sehr schön angelegt und hat auch so seine Schwierigkeiten.
Die Grüns, sind bis auf 2 sehr gut in schuss, nur leidet der Platz leider, ( im Winter) unter Wassermangel.
Dadurch sind die Fairways sehr hart und trocken.

Die 2.Neun werden völlig neu begrünt (Stand Mai 2011),wird sicher noch einige Zeit dauern.
