Much tall grass

Flat course, but difficult to play, if not the first tee is long and straight. Tall sedge leaves the balls otherwise disappear, never to meet again. Birdybook necessarily buy! Little shrubs and trees to loosen up.
Generous exercise equipment, particularly large chip and pitch range.
