Characteristics

The golf course, only 10 km away from Regensburg, is located on a 100 hectares large site which has a long historical tradition. The 2nd part of the course is situated in the Danube valley and is lined from both sides with the Jura inclinations. The fairways nestle along the Danube valley. Hole 1 to 9 are different, because here golfers have to cope with some altitude differences which offer beautiful views.

Not recommendable...

I had my Yacht there for 1 year. The owner is unfriendly and unpredictable. The Golf course doesn't work well with the boat owners and there is no boat service. Better go a step further south and visit Marina Saal or Yachthafen Donautal

Top restaurant and cozy atmosphere

Excellent food thanks to the new tenant and chef of the restaurant, really worth a visit.
Now to the square, with a fantastic view of the Danube Valley, the square is very nicely located away from all the hustle and bustle. The holes offer everything your heart desires, in sum I would classify the course as not difficult to play.
If you are waiting for a tee time on the 18-hole course, you can also play the short 9-hole course (takes about an hour)

Diverse, beautiful golf course

The first nine lanes go up and downhill with a beautiful view, the last nine lanes are along the Danube with challenging water hazards.
Everything very well maintained.
Nice staff in the office. The club members were also very hospitable and relaxed.
No start times during the week ensure relaxed rounds regardless of the skill level and speed.
