Characteristics
The BIG APPLE (18-hole course) of the GC Gut Apeldör is characterised by heavily wavey greens and is beautifully integrated into the typical sandy heathland and hedgerow landscape between Nordsee and Eider. The wavey holes pose a sportive challenge, especially because of numerous large water hazards that border fairways and guard greens. Additionally the club has the BIG9 - sponsored by Audi - a 9-hole course that is also open for non-members.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert June 20, 2011
Wir waren im Sommer 2010 zu viert auf dem 18Loch Platz. Der Platz ist wunderbar gepflegt; es gibt teilweise versteckte Bunker und blinde Löcher. Erwähnenswert ist noch das Grün hinter dem "riesigen" Wasser, das man trotzdem trifft. Wir fahren diesen Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder hin und hoffen unseren Score ein wenig zu verbessern.
