Characteristics
Due to its numerous water hazards influencing the game at 12 holes, including an island green at hole 7, this 27-hole course situated 15.5 miles outside of Frankfurt can only be rated as technically sophisticated. The course provides a beautiful panoramic view of Frankfurt and Wetterau as well as the Vogelsberg. The 9-hole course open to the public is characterised by small greens and a great number of slopes.

"Ich bin die Chefin!" August 8, 2011
Das stellt die Dame an der Rezeption am 19.07. 2011sehr schnell klar. Und unser Gutschein "2for1-Greenfee im Golfpark am Löwenhof" (Sommerfeld Golf) gelte nicht mehr. Meinen Einwand, es gebe keine Befristung, weder auf dem Gutschein noch in dem Heft, aus dem der Gutschein stammt, ignoriert sie und wird recht unfreundlich. Das nenne ich unlauteren Wettbewerb. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns einig: Hier spielen wir nicht mehr.
Schnuppertag am 07.05.2010 im Golfpark am Löwenhof May 8, 2010
Am 07.05.2010 nahm ich mit meiner Partnerin am Schnuppertag, den ich bei einer Aktion der Bildzeitung gewonnen hatte, teil. Endlich mal Golf versuchen. Unter Anleitung, der beiden Pro`s Johannes Messinger und Robert Schmalfuß, ging es auf den Platz. Hervorragend geplante und aufgebaute Übungsstationen warteten auf uns. Dazu noch die sehr sympatische Art unserer Lehrer. Es war ein toller und erlebnisreicher Tag. Kurzes und langes Spiel wurden geübt. Golf... gar nicht einfach! Als "Sahnehäubchen" noch ein Muskelkater. Fazit: Klasse gemacht. Weiter so!
Man wird mich wiedersehen!
