Course "A" is a relatively open, forest-lined parkland course, which is a bit sparsely scenic - there are only a few trees on the course.
The layout starts off spectacularly - a sharp downhill dogleg over a pond followed by a tight par 3. Then two interesting longer doglegs, also partly with water. After that, unfortunately, it slows down a bit - the following holes of the "A" course are very similar: crisp length, moderate width, greens frontally defended by two bunkers. Not really bad, but too monotonous. The "B" course is then again more varied and also visually not that barren (more trees and hills, also water - both laterally and frontally, as well as transverse ditches).
Despite the weeks of drought with temperatures above 30°C, the greens were well maintained! Although "only" moderately fast, it is so undulating that it is difficult to recognize the breaks exactly. You have to have played it a few times to avoid 3-putts.
Also, the fairways weren't as completely burnt as in most other clubs in this area - hats off to greenkeeping! Which, however, also – completely unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon – gave us a lot of noise on some lanes. Otherwise the area is nice and quiet (no annoying car, train or plane traffic).
A cart is recommended, at least for course "A" for those who don't like it too sporty, as it is a bit hilly in parts and the course is not exactly short. From time to time, blind shots are also required, where you like to drive a little ahead to see where the ball is supposed to go.
Conclusion:
Almost 4 stars - for the very good maintenance condition according to the weather and the mostly varied tracks. Gladly again! (In the "Golf Bear Ranking": 7 out of 10 points.)

It is a very beautiful course with undulating fairways, many small streams and ponds, which repeatedly require strategic play. The lanes are wide enough and the rough is gracious. Often, however, the greens decide on the score. These are big, fast and often so undulating that a precise allusion and putting is essential. Only the bunkers decrease in quality, are hard and often full of stones. The B18 ends with a sophisticated and very beautiful island green in front of the clubhouse, where you can end the round very well with friendly service and good food at reasonable prices.

Like Brunsdorf, my wife and I played the course just after Easter. Very good condition. With the day green fee we could use the 27 hole. The C course shows that it has not been laid out too long. But do not mind the fun at the game. To emphasize are the people in the office and in the gastronomy. The cook was said to enjoy his job. How Brunsdorf is a must for all those who are on holiday in the region.

The golf course near Bremen has 27 interesting and varied paths. Except for the A-course, the tracks are all built on flat terrain in a quiet and nature. The A-course is a little hilly (cart not required) and also has more parkland character. Both high HC, due to the mostly open fairways and the few rough, as well as low HC should get their money. Some tracks feature water hazards, like crisscrossed by small streams (B course), doglegs, waste areas, etc. The condition in my game on a sunny early evening on 07/21/2015, on which I played all 27 holes, was excellent. However, the greens were mowed differently to the courses. Between some tees and fairways were down again a few bald patches, which does not look so beautiful. The members sincerely friendly, the interplay offer or have such tests play. In the office I was served as a guest very friendly and got a short briefing and the access code for the toilet in the square and access to the locker rooms. The green fee is (unless you only want to play 9 holes) a subsistence green fee and must be designated when converted to 27 holes as appropriate. Who "only" 18 holes played, for it is already settled in the upper price segment. Cheaper is in a few days a week as early bird or the Sundowner fare from afternoon. A supplement for guests without hologram is not charged thankfully. The season was brisk, but spreads well on the 27 holes. The clubhouse with restaurant is appealing, modern and welcoming. I can recommend the round on this course.
