...is sure when you play here. The place is very well maintained, the greens are fantastic. Enough has already been written about the rest of the course characteristics. Secretariat very competent and friendly. Wonderful range with numerous exercise options! Priced absolutely ok.
Why is there a fifth star missing? Unfortunately, the gastronomy has deteriorated significantly, which is completely incomprehensible to us. The offer is so minimalistic that there is neither a soup nor any kind of dessert. The tenant can cook - the pizzas he makes are wonderful. But there was neither spaghetti nor schnitzel or similar classics that everyone brings together. A real shame! The innkeepers are very friendly and nice.

Completely flat parkland course with beautiful old trees, fair and pleasant to play. A special feature is the two crossings of the Kleine Erlauf. The course is very well maintained and usually playable even in winter. There are enough training opportunities available. There is a small pro shop and the secretariat is always friendly. Unfortunately, the gastronomy makes far too little of the beautiful terrace and the cozy dining rooms. Nevertheless, the place is worth a recommendation.

The GC Ernegg and the GC Ferschnitz are very close to each other. While the GC Ernegg is a flat parkland course that is quite easy to play but is still a lot of fun, Ferschnitz is a different caliber, significantly more demanding, but with an equally high fun factor. Both places are very well maintained, both places are not overcrowded, well organized, the secretariats friendly and competent and the gastronomy appealing.
But the absolute hit is when you stay one night (or two) at Schloss Ernegg and then can play both courses in a row. The overnight stay is an experience, romantic, steeped in history, affordable and something very special in the 1000 year old castle.

Even without knowledge of space, we all four managed to play the handicap right away.
We felt comfortable all around. The fifth star falls victim to the somewhat simple layout of the square. But we will gladly come back if we want to heal our wounds after a heavy day's rest...
