Characteristics
The golf course is situated in the heart of the island of Rügen. Everyone can learn how to play golf here without having to become a member. Since some of the courses are open to the public, the club offers a harmonic blend of club life and public operation.
The centrepiece of the club is an 18-hole tournament course with narrow fairways, an impenetrable rough, and a population of huge, old trees. The Ostseegolfclub Warnemünde e.V. is entitled to practice on this course.

I have been playing golf for over 40 years never have i ever experienced such a disastrous course. I cannot believe that they had they audacity to even charge us to use the facility. The first 9 holes are non existence. The fairways are like ploughed fields, the greens are so unkept i felt like i was playing in the african bush. The positive thing was that at least you could get a hot meal that was above par.

The condition of the course is underground: unkempt, uneven tees, fairways with little grass, holes and a lot of molehills (which stop the balls) and the greens are ultra-slow with places without grass. Luckily with Golfamore only paid half.
